By accessing or using the Montage Studios website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Montage Studios creates custom photo and video montages for Bar Mitzvah, Bat Mitzvah, and similar celebrations. Our Services include receiving your submitted photos and videos, editing and compiling them into a cinematic montage, and delivering the final product in digital format.
When you select a package and submit your order, you agree to pay the listed price for the chosen tier (The Standard, The Signature, or The Grand). All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
You are responsible for all photos, videos, music, and other materials ("Your Content") that you submit to us or instruct us to use. By submitting or requesting Your Content, you represent and warrant that:
You may request specific songs or music tracks to be included in your montage, including copyrighted or commercial recordings. By making a music request, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Your montage is created for playback at your event and for private sharing with family and friends. Any use beyond that — including public posting, social media distribution, commercial use, monetization, advertising, resale, redistribution, or broadcast — is solely your responsibility and risk. Montage Studios makes no representations about whether the music in your montage is suitable or authorized for any use beyond private event playback.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Montage Studios, its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from music you requested, supplied, or instructed us to use without proper rights, permissions, or licenses.
We will deliver your completed montage as a high-resolution digital file (up to 4K Ultra HD depending on your package). Delivery timelines depend on event dates and will be communicated after your order is confirmed. We make every reasonable effort to meet agreed-upon deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

A revision is a change to the montage, including adding, removing, reordering, or swapping photos, videos, and music, as well as adjusting timing, transitions, and text overlays.
The following are not revisions and may be subject to additional fees:
We will notify you before any additional fees are incurred for new work.
We aim to deliver each round of revisions within 5 business days of receiving your feedback. Turnaround times may vary during peak season or for complex requests, and we will communicate any expected delays.
After each draft is delivered, you will have 7 calendar days to provide feedback. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, we will send a follow-up reminder. If no feedback is received within 14 calendar days of draft delivery, the current version will be considered approved, and the project will be marked as complete. Once a project is marked as complete, further changes may be treated as new work.
We offer a full 100% refund at any point before the final full-quality 4K video is delivered — for any reason. If you're unhappy with the direction, change your mind, or simply decide it's not for you, just let us know and we'll refund your payment in full. Once the final 4K video has been delivered, no refunds are available, as the completed digital product has been provided.
Rush fees, if applicable, are nonrefundable once rush production has begun.
You may cancel your project at any time by contacting us. As long as the final 4K video has not been delivered, you will receive a full refund.
If your event date changes, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date at no additional charge, provided we receive notice at least 30 days before the original event date. Rescheduling requests received less than 30 days before the event may be subject to an additional fee.

The final montage product is created for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share it at your event and with family and friends. Montage Studios may ask for your permission to feature portions of your completed montage in our portfolio or marketing materials. We will never use your work without your explicit consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Montage Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
